The first code of fire department stated: This code is established for the prevention of fire, saving possible damages, provide acute emergency care, maintain public safety and ensure life and propriety estates for citizens.
This department was established in March 9th 1995, under the support of citizens. The departments three main missions are preventing fire, save possible damage, provide acute emergency care and other services are also included for citizens.
To provide active service, the department established 119 emergency center. It is 24 hours on call and 18 subdivisions of the multidisciplinary teams are settled within the city. 24 hours service is provided for citizens with out the restriction to time, location and possible damage.
The department receives applications: Building license inspection, license access, business application, fire testimonies and forest fire. Household and community fire prevention demonstration , fire prevention management and safety gear inspection are held to ensure public safety and citizen¡¦s life and property estates.
